Im in quito right now and would like to do a rainforest tour. Would like at least a five day stint with english speaking guides and some camping, night hikes, day hikes, boating on the river, and all for around $200. Should i book one here or just head out to Coco or Tena? Any advice and reccomendations would be highly appreciated. Also, has any one done the white-water rafting in Tena..if so how was it and how about downhill mountainbike tours? any good??? thanks a ton.
