I've looked for their website before, I don't think they have one. I assume you have their regular contact info in a guidebook (or can find it online....) I haven't stayed there, but when eating lunch at the restaurant of the place next door (Cabanas del Lago), I went and checked out Jatun Cocha and it looked nice. More charm than Cabanas del Lago has, (which is a recent construction, cute cabins, but less hacienda-style). Friends of mine stayed at Jatun Cocha and liked it.
