I'm thinking about Simon Bolivar school? Has anyone used them?

Also for hotels I was considering considering: Hostal Paredes, Hostal Monasterio, La Castellana.

I really liked Hostal Macondo . It isn't a party hostel or anything. Just a nice relaxing place to stay.
