Any suggestions for hotel in Quito? Criteria: centrally located (close to attractions, things to do within walking distance, safe), not too big, good breakfast, no chains.

Also, we plan to go to Amazon Yarina lodge for 3 days/2 nights. Any feedback or suggestions? We don't want to spend more than 3 days in jungle.

I stayed at Yuturi which is owned by the same company....from the looks of their websites, it's most likely the same lodge just two diferent names. Anyway, I spent 4 nights and it was relatively comfortable....private bath with hot water, good excursions, good food and cold beer when you need it.
