I'm considering a job offer in Manta, Ecuador and I would like to learn more about the schools and the houses for rent in this area.
I have 3 kids (14, 6, and 4 years old) that will need education. I'm From Puerto Rico so a private spanish school should not be a problem. I would like to learn which are the best schools and prices .
I also will be renting a house probably for 11 years which will might be the duration of my job contract and obviously, pending how it turns out for me and my family. I would like to learn about some safe areas for housing and the estimate rate of monthly rent 4 a house of 3 or 4 bedrooms. It can be apartments also.
Thanks in advance. |

| I don't know anything about Manta, just thought I'd note that you can get a great house (3-4br) in Quito suburbs for $1300, so Manta should be considerably cheaper I would think. (And obviously a lot cheaper if you want to save $$ and get a simpler but still large home.) |
