Hi,
this may be a very very boring topic, but please can you help with my planning?
basically, i have been looking for a holiday, which includes a few days in the amazon, about a week in the galapagos and maybe a few days in ecudor. But there are sooo many compaines offereing these type of holiday.
has anyone had a snorkel witht the sealions???
Does anyone have any tips, or reccomendation, or any trips you have done that you think may be of use? or even any cruises/trips to stay away from?

Went last year, made a lot of our own resv. and itinerary , used Adventure Life out of Montana to fill in and the Galapagos Boat, (would again) could not get a better class boat so it was "tourist class" 16 pas. mediocre food, great group of people on the boat, don't think I'd change that. Wrapped up the trip shopping in Otavalo and surrounding towns, so x-mas shopping was actually fun. Galapagos - went on a 7 day deal, plenty of time,(unless your really into the wildlife) snorkeling is great, take 50 sunscreen and lots of it. Didn't spend any real time in Quito, the old section looked interesting, told to be carefull of petty crime there. The country around Otavalo is pretty nice. Have fun.
