A party of four are arriving in Guayaquil on their way to the Galapagos. Do we book our flights separately with Trane or first obtain a cruise who will do that for us? We hope to leave for the Galapagos on Sunday. Does anyone have any recommendations.

| We just returned from theGalapagos, and our cruise ship arranged all of our flights. To and from the Galapagos we flew TAME. The cruise ship made sure we were there for departure, as it was scheduled to leave at 11:30 am, and actually left at 11:10 am. |

Cruise ships will offer to book your flight to and from Galapagos, from the mainland (Guayaquil or Quito). As most tourists fly to Galapagos from Quito, cruise ships usually have a good and well oiled system of ensuring you get your plane tickets and that you meet with a cruise representative at the airport there. The system is not always so well oiled and perfectly functioning from Guayaquil. In conclusion - by all means have your cruise ship people book your flight, but double check on the logistics for meeting up at the airport and getting your flight tickets - especially if you are flying out of Guayaquil.
