Hi All
A dream of mine has always been to travel to the Galapagos Islands. I will be in Ecuador with my husband in about march April 2007. What is the cheapest way to reach the Islands and how much does living there cost? We are into scuba diving and would love to dive there. Any suggested timelines to stay here. Thanks for all your help in advance. |

| Spend all of the time you can on the islands. It's a unique experience. Diving is great there. Read FAQ 47. It helped me a lot. When or if you get tired of the islands, go to the mainland. It's nice too but nothing that can be seen in lots of other countries. The islands can't. Have fun |

| We booked our boat from an agency in Quito and it was $800. for 8 nights. This also included the airfare. Our boat was not a diving boat though. I would see if you could book anything from Quito. |
