Has anyone info about climbing the vulcano Cotopaxi in Ecuador?

Conditions in November/December (weather, ice situation etc.)?
How to rent a tour guide and price?
Rent of climbing gear - where and price?
What about accommodation in the Cotopaxi area?

Other tips about Ecuador are welcome too!

There are several guide services that offer guided climbs of Cotopaxi from Quito. They will provide gear and transportation. Cotopaxi is in a national park. I am not aware of nearby lodging, although there must be some. Ecuador is very easy to get around, with a good bus system, taxis, and pickup truck taxis, the best way to travel on dirt roads.
