Does anyone have any suggestions about or experiences with tour companies operating in Cuenca?

I just returned from a week in Cuenca and booked two excursions through the Hualumbari agency, which has the local franchise for Grey Line. The guides on both excursions( one to the Devil's Nose train ride and Inguapirca and the other to Chordeleg and the other nearby "craft towns") were very good. The agency was very helpful, efficient and friendly.
