Can you fly from Quito to Galapagos and return to Quayaquil? Is LAN or TAME the better airline?

We are also interested in going to Indian Market. Is this easily accomplished from Quito or better from Guayaquil?

Yes, you can fly from Quito, return to Guayaquil, or vice versa. LAN does not fly to Galapagos - TAME, ICARO and AEROGAL do. Usually, if/when you book your cruise, the agent will also book your flights as per your request.
There are many operators offering the Otavalo market as a day trip out of Quito (apx. 2.5 hour drive), or as an overnighter. Best to be there earlier in the AM - check out the animal market a bit outside of town if you really want to see something authentic (but maybe a bit disturbing re: animals as real objects for sale). You can likely book something on the spot for a next day departure. You can also consider going "private" with your own driver and car.
